Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work at ERP. We aim to be fair, transparent, and prompt — no fine print designed to trap you.

1. Free trial

Every new workspace begins with a free trial (currently 30 days). During the trial:

If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, your workspace switches to read-only mode for 30 more days. After that, your data is securely deleted unless you've requested an export.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time:

  1. Log into your workspace as the Owner;
  2. Go to Settings → Billing;
  3. Click Cancel subscription;
  4. Confirm.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll have full access until then. We don't auto-renew you after cancellation.

3. Refund eligibility

We offer the following refund tiers:

3.1 Within 14 days of first paid subscription

If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied within the first 14 days, you can request a full refund. No questions asked — though we'd love to know why so we can improve.

3.2 Mid-cycle cancellation

If you cancel mid-cycle (after the 14-day window):

If we have a sustained outage (more than 8 consecutive hours of full downtime on a single day) we will credit your account for that day. This is a credit, not a cash refund.

3.4 Pricing errors

If you were charged a higher price than displayed at the time of subscription, contact us — we'll refund the difference promptly.

4. Refund process

  1. Request: email contact{{ $host }} with subject "Refund Request" and your workspace ID;
  2. Acknowledgement: within 2 business days;
  3. Decision: within 5 business days (we may ask for clarification);
  4. Payout: refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval, back to the original payment method;
  5. Bank settlement: depending on your bank/card issuer, the credit may take an additional 2–10 business days to appear in your account.

Refunds are made in PKR using the same payment method you originally used. We don't issue refunds to a different payee.

5. Downgrades & plan changes

You can change plans anytime from the billing page:

If your new plan has lower limits than your current usage (fewer users, warehouses, products, etc.), you'll need to bring your workspace under the new limits before the downgrade applies.

6. Your data after cancellation

If you change your mind within the 30-day window, just resubscribe — your workspace reactivates with all your data intact.

If you disagree with our refund decision, please first email contact{{ $host }} with the subject "Refund Dispute". We'll review again with a fresh pair of eyes within 7 business days.

If you remain dissatisfied, the dispute may be resolved through the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan under our Terms of Service.
